I was raised in Western North Carolina, moved briefly to a big city, before making the easy decision to move back to my beloved Blue Ridge Mountains. I realized after years of informally coaching my friends, co-workers, and acquaintances that my passion is helping others become happier and feel better about themselves from the inside out.
I believe in the old adage about walking a mile in someone's shoes. I haven't walked a mile in anyone else's shoes but my own, so I don't feel like I have the right to judge anyone else for his or her life choices. It is with this spirit of non-judgment that I base my foundation on when coaching. From there, I couple encouragement, accountability, and a fresh perspective to help my clients figure out and achieve their life goals.
